Another classic, my friend. The banter between characters is getting even better and the plotlines are becoming more recognizably well-thought out. Excellent job and I'm looking forward to the next "Siblings" episode.

I have to agree with most other reviews for this.

There is a great potential for this series, but the main flaws are in the following:
Drawing of anatomy (i.e. shoulders and necks aren't nearly that broad in most people)
Drawing of mechanics (i.e. the screen on the bike was slanted and scribbled)
Voice Acting (Though the two male characters aside from the king were doing at least a decent job, the king and the woman sounded very emotionless and flat in my perception)

However, here are the strengths:
Enjoyable interaction between characters
Animation is improving
Camera shots and perspectives are excellent
Music choices are appropriate and have a small amount of room for improvement in regards to volume during speeches

I see in your responses you're looking to fix the first problem. The second is simply remedied by using the line tool instead of hand drawn for straight lines; because unfortunately all humans have "Essential Tremors", just occasional subconscious shakes in our limbs that are so subtle that we only notice them when we're doing something that is very delicate, like attempting to draw a straight line or circle with an unusual tool.
As far as voice acting goes, just make sure to tell your pals to give a little more emotion when recording lines.
P.S. If you're ever in need of another bass male voice actor, send me a message hehe, I'm always looking for ways to get out in the field again. :)

I used to line tool everything (See kingdom hearts chronicles as proof), and when i got my tablet I got this attitude that was like "I will never have to use the line tool again!" From what i've made of Chapter IV, i've already started using it a lot more haha. Thank you for the great review, even though many of the points you made have been repeated, strength comes in numbers ^_^

You really missed the entire point. He was showing what FOX "News" insinuates in every media reference towards Obama. This was not the author's personal opinion (I believe), due to the fact that this entire series is based on a liberal mockery of the Bush/Republican administration of the past 8 years.

Now, on to the actual review.
I'm a fan of this entire series and while this one stays true to its roots, I felt that it seemed a bit short and lacked a little humor where there was more material to work with. I'm interested to see where you will take the series now that we have Obama headed to office, I expect we're gonna have cartoony interference from McCain and Bush to mess with the Democratic government but, Ieave that to your creative mind :) Kudos and can't wait for the next one.

Watched this so many times and its still funny.

This video not only matches the song perfectly but the visuals make it as hilarious as it is just because it adds to the psychological assumption and then just before you're sure whats going to happen, it switches to something else. I can easily say this is one of my all time favorites on NG.

Another untimely classic

Fantastic work once again, I honestly couldn't believe the seamless transitions between 8 bit and 32 bit; the 8-bit mastery was comparable only to that of Phantasmagoria-crow, and even that had its limits, I daresay this could remain one of the top submissions for quite some time on Newgrounds.

Fantastic

Really can't express just how much this series is an example of seamless flow and drama as well as action. I would've wished for an alternate ending, but none the less, I was satisfied fully.

Better than Volume 1

I actually enjoyed this one.
There were several good parts of the series that are often missed in most metal gear flashes and it kept the "OMFG COCK JOKEZ!" to a minimum (don't get me wrong, I love a good cock joke here and there, but there is such a thing as too much).
Keep up the good work.

Also, Egoraptor and JohnnyUtah, you guys still rock :D

Not as good as the first two

It had its moments, Frogger being my favorite.
However, this flash lacks a great deal of the spontaneity and original humor that the first two possessed. It's kind of disappointing, I saw this on the front page and jumped at it, expecting another hit, but this is mediocre at best.
I guess the best advice I can give is what you already know, keep your best artists and writers, lose the weaker ones and spend more time and effort with "control groups" to see their reactions to your work before presenting it to the general public.
All things considered, it is still a good movie by my standards, just not great, or as good as past works.
Anyways, that's my 2¢
